HDR photography is a bit like Marmite, you either love it or hate it. I happen to love both.
I stumbled across these old cars while driving to a friends, and when I saw them, I immediately thought they would make for great HDR imagery. For anyone that is unfamiliar with the term HDR , it stands for ‘ HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE ‘ which entails taking multiple exposers, anything from 3-7, and then combing them all in a software to create one final image that includes detail the shadow areas and also in the highlights.
I would like to thank Gregg for letting me photograph his collection and hopefully if he doesn’t mind I would love to go back and do a trash the dress session when it gets a little warmer.
Hope you all like marmite.
